Navimow Return & Exchange Policy (U.S.)

• 30‑Day Return Window: You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to submit a return request.
• 14‑Day Return Shipping Deadline: Once your return is approved, you need to ship the item back within 14 days
• Condition Requirements:
  Product must be unworn or unused, in its original packaging, with all accessories
  Receipt or proof of purchase required
  If returned in used or damaged condition, Navimow may reject the return or charge up to a 10% restocking fee
• Cancellation Fee: A 5% processing fee may be deducted if you cancel the order.
• Return Shipping Costs:
  If the return is due to product damage or quality issues, Navimow covers the return shipping
  If it's a standard return for other reasons (e.g. buyer's remorse), you pay the shipping.
• Refund Timing: Once the returned product is received and verified at Navimow's warehouse, refund processing starts and your refund will be issued within 14 days to the original payment method. Delays may occur if proof of shipment or receipt isn't provided.
• Exchange Option: After the return is received, you can choose to receive either an exchange or refund. If opting for an exchange, a replacement device is shipped within 5 business days.

"Please do not discard the package materials. If the mower needs to be repaired or returned, it can be sent back in the original package box."
